"We contacted Levi to help us put three windows into our basement to make the space liveable and meet the city's planning requirements.
Levi helped us understand the egress rules for basement windows and the structural changes we would need to make to the exterior to meet building code. After a site visit, Levi completed the drawings and sent them to us so that we could submit them to the planning department. The city planner came out to visit us with the drawings and we were approved to go ahead with the work.
We now have a light, spacious, very liveable basement! Levi was punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with."
